Return Policy
- We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a merchandise may be damaged. All damage claims should be made within 5 business days of receiving your product. Your invoice slip will provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail.
- All purchases made through CAPELLA OUTLET are FINAL SALE unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Any shipping charge paid by you is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by this RMA form and customs documents (if applicable). If the return is not approved, your merchandise will be discarded or not accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Return without the RMA FORM and NUMBER will drastically delay your return process. It also can be denied.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and properly refund the order. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@capellaapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges of any item for another item.
